Who: Members and non-hunter members welcomed and encouraged.
Preferred Attire: Formal attire. Black or white gowns for ladies. Scarlet for men, if convenient.

Cocktails and Hors D’oeuvres 6:00 PM, Cash Bar, Hosted Wine and Beer (2 wine or beer tickets included per person)
Silent Auction 6:00PM-8:30 PM, for Services, Art, Products, Hunt and Equestrian Clothing
Buffet Dinner 7:30 PM
Celebration of the Arapahoe Hunt 8:15 PM
Live Auction 8:45 PM, for Destinations and Unique Experiences
Dancing 9:00 PM
