Membership Categories 2025-2026

Regular - Adults who achieve Regular Membership by the Board on recommendation of one member-sponsor after successful Provisional status.

Regular Adult 30-34 - Same as Regular Membership but with lower annual dues.

 Provisional - Adults admitted to Provisional Membership by the Board on recommendation of one member-sponsor. Full membership rights; $1500 initiation fee may be paid in installments over first two years.

Provisional Adult 30- 34 - Same as Provisional Membership except for lower dues.

 Introductory - Available to those who have never had a Regular, Provisional or Introductory Membership with Arapahoe. Requires one member-sponsor and Board approval. Membership does not carry voting rights or count toward buttons. May participate in Field Day and all other Arapahoe sponsored events.

Adults Age 22-29 - Persons under the age of 30 but over 21. Requires one member-sponsor and Board approval.

Juniors Age 21 and Under - Persons aged 21 and under. Requires one member-sponsor and Board approval

 Reciprocal - Reciprocal Membership is open for one year to individuals in good standing with other organized equestrian groups, including the US Polo Association, US Eventing Association, US Hunter Jumper Association, etc. Full Members in good standing of other MFHA recognized Hunts are eligible in perpetuity. Requires one member sponsor and Board approval. Reciprocal memberships are eligible for new or potential members who wish to try hunting and are not available to existing Regular Members

 Supporting - Persons who do not regularly hunt with the Arapahoe, but wish to participate in Arapahoe Hunt activities. Requires one member-sponsor and Board approval. Regular Members who wish to drop to Supporting Membership may return to Regular status only with Board approval.

 Social -Available for non-riding members only. Requires one member-sponsor and Board approval. Regular Members who drop to Social Members may return to Regular status only with Board approval. Social Member who wishes to hunt at higher membership level may so request and be billed for the balance of membership fees.

 Honorary - Available upon request to the Board and Board approval for a long-time hunting member who has made substantial contributions to the success of the Hunt over many years. Contributions are deemed substantial if significantly in excess of those expected of a Regular Member.

Capping Fee - Day fee for hunters who have used their one-time complimentary Hunt

Autumn Hunt Fee - Day fee for hunters who have used their one-time complimentary Hunt

Please Note the Following: 1. All checks for dues and initiation fees can be made out to the AHC, Inc., and mailed to The Arapahoe Hunt, c/o Eric Golting MFH, 11076 Patterson Circle, Franktown, CO 80116. The PayPal function on the Hunt's website is also available.

2. Annual dues must be paid in full (except for those members with an approved payment plan) by September 1 of the Hunting year. Billing statements will be emailed to all members. Hunting and social privileges may be revoked for members with delinquent accounts.

3. Initiation fees may be paid, upon request, in installments over two (2) years, upon approval by the Treasurer.

4. For age determined membership, membership dues must be paid before the limiting birthday.

5. If any members need a payment plan to defer payment beyond October 1, the member must propose a payment plan in writing and request approval from the Treasurer, Eric Golting MFH, prior to October 1.

6. Guests of members may hunt a maximum of three times per season, including both the Autumn and Regular season, with appropriate capping fees. Guests who wish to hunt more frequently are welcome to request an appropriate membership
